The Nigeria Program of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is currently seeking suitable candidates for the following job opportunities:

Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to saving wildlife and wild lands through science, international conservation, education, and the management of the world’s largest system of urban wildlife parks. 

 

WCS Nigeria Country Program is a multi-donor funded program working across Cross River, Abuja and Bauchi states.

 

WCS Nigeria therefore seeks to prequalify interested companies/firms/organizations that meet below prequalification requirement (Section B). Successful applicants shall have the opportunity to participate in our subsequent limited competitive procurement method

C. Prequalification Requirements

Please read his section carefully and be sure that all requested information is included in your submission. Evaluators will neither make assumptions nor draw inferences regarding missing or incomplete information. The submission of incomplete information could result in the rejection of proposal.

The minimum eligibility criteria to participate in the pre-qualification process shall be as under- listed and should be submitted electronically via ngprocurement@wcs.org :

  1. Defiled Company Profile with registered addresses, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization.
  2. Evidence of company statutory registration with Corporate Affairs Commission, including form CAC7 CAC2 and any other business registration document
  3. Tax clearance certificate for the last 2 years
  4. Viable list of clients, including international non-governmental organizations, equal in scope and government agencies
  5. Evidence of possession of experience in the field/category you are seeking prequalification. The evidence should include copies of completed job orders, and proof of deliveries.
  6. Evidence of financial stability- (latest audited accounts)
  7. Evidence of registration with professional bodies, regulatory bodies or manufacturers.
  8. For hotels, a corporate (NGO) price list for standard rooms (flat rate across room categories), tea break, Lunch(buffet)and hall rates across the various capacities should be included.
  9. For air ticketing agencies, service charge for round and single leg trips should be included in your submissions.
  10. Any other supporting document that could aid your application.

 

  1. Evaluation Criteria

Stage One: Conformity to the requirement-submissions must have all documents listed and relevant to your category in section B above. Evaluators will not make inferences for incomplete information or documents

Stage Two: Review of the evidence of experience(s) to ensure it matches the category of the service applied for. Successful debarment checks using Lexis Nexis Risk solutions and other platforms.

Stage Three: Successful physical verification and Reference Check.

  1. Guidance of submission

 

Electronic copies of all listed documents along with application for various categories should be submitted via the email ngprocurement@wcs.org  using the prequalification number as the subject line e.g. WCS-NIG-2025-001 for REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF VEHICLES(LANDCRUISER 78/79 MODELS AND HILUX) on or before October 10th 2025.

Alternatively, the application and documents can be sent by submitting sealed envelopes to Yankari Game Reserve Wikki Camp, Mainamaji, Bauchi state and 302 Bishop Moynagh Avenue state housing, Cross River State.

Clarification guidance

Interested applicants that requires clarification should submit their questions and query(ies) to ngprocurement@wcs.org on or before September 12th, 2025
