The Nigeria Program of the Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) is currently seeking suitable candidates for the following job opportunities:

Call for Construction Vendors Registration in Reserve list

Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS), Nigeria Program

WCS requires construction entities and companies to build up a vendors reserve for the provision of services in buildings renovation and construction, construction of Culverts and Bridges as well as opening new and maintenance of existing earth roads in the near future in Bauchi and Cross River States.

In view of the above, applications are required from suitably qualified enterprises and limited liability companies that are interested in providing any of the services described above. The contractors shall be categorized into 3 main groups as indicated below. 

Interested vendors can apply by submitting a detailed company profile with the basic documents and information as shown in the various categories as a minimum qualification by email to: nigeriaapplications@wcs.org

All applications must be received by close of business hours on the Friday 27th of May 2023.

Note:

  • Category of registration applied for, and state of interest should be clearly indicated.
  • Only shortlisted Contractors shall be notified.

PREQUALIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION VENDORS/CONTRACTORS

SELECTION CRITERIA

Category A (Enterprises) for renovation and construction; works of value N1,000,000.00 to N19,000,000.00

  • Full name and address with CV or trade certificates (in case of individuals)
  • Evidence of registration of business name
  • Evidence of works done in the past 3 years
  • Evidence of taxes paid as individual or business name.

Category B (limited liability companies) renovation and construction works of value N20,000,000.00 to N99,000,000.0

  • Company profile with the following as highlights.
  • Registration certificate with CAC
  • VAT certificate
  • Tax clearance from FIRS for the past 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
  • Work done for the past 3 years.

Category C (limited liability companies with over 100m annual turnover) for roads maintenance & bridge construction works.

  • Company profile with the following as highlights.
  • Registration certificate with CAC
  • VAT certificate
  • Tax clearance from FIRS for the past 3 years (2020, 2021 and 2022)
  • Work done for the past 3 years.
  • Audited account for the past 3 years
  • Equipment list and address of plant yard
